HubSpot, the customer relationship management (CRM) platform that helps global businesses grow, is launching two new tools: ChatSpot.ai and Content Assistant. The tools, both powered by artificial intelligence (AI), allow users to do research, create reports, add data to HubSpot, generate blog posts and perform keyword research, among other things. This allows customers to save time while building a better connection with their audience.
The introduction of ChatSpot.ai and Content Assistant builds on HubSpot's previous investments in AI, including conversation intelligence, data quality tooling, data enrichment, predictive AI, content optimization and more. Both tools are powered by OpenAI and create efficiencies for marketing, sales and customer service professionals.
ChatSpot.ai, launched today in public alpha, helps HubSpot customers perform various tasks through an AI chat feature that conducts conversations in natural language.
