Dataiku welcomes Sandrine Bossard as Chief People Officer

Dataiku, the platform for Everyday AI, appoints Sandrine Bossard as Chief People Officer. Bossard will lead innovative HR activities and initiatives, focusing on improving organizational culture, retaining employees, fostering development, and driving organizational efficiency to support future growth.

Bossard has extensive experience in the tech and digital industries, including leadership roles at publicly traded international companies such as Believe, Ingenico Group and Experian. At these organizations, she consistently demonstrated her alignment with culture, market dynamics and passion for nurturing talent during times of rapid growth. Her adeptness in executing global HR programs in multicultural environments perfectly complements Dataiku's global presence.

In her role at Dataiku, Bossard will focus on aligning and advancing the company's collective expertise with the mission of "Everyday AI, Extraordinary People. She will be responsible for advancing human resources, particularly initiatives in the areas of diversity, equality, inclusion and corporate social responsibility. Working from Paris, Bossard will be an integral part of the company's Executive Committee and report directly to Dataiku President, Krish Venkataraman.
