McDonald's Corporation and Accenture have announced the intensification of their collaboration, focusing on integrating advanced technologies and AI into McDonald's restaurants worldwide. This move is aimed at improving efficiency in operations, enhancing customer service quality and creating an improved working environment. At the same time, it also aims to strengthen the digital skills of staff, which is essential in the ever-evolving hospitality industry.
This intensified collaboration between McDonald's and Accenture aims to make processes for customers, restaurant teams and employees more efficient and faster. Central to this is the application of advanced automation technologies. These technologies will enable restaurant managers to solve problems faster, leading to fewer interruptions in operations and a simplification of tasks for staff. As a direct result, customers can enjoy faster service and fresher meals.
In addition, the collaboration will help strengthen McDonald's technology team. Accenture will play an active role in training and supporting McDonald's employees around the world. This will be done through various educational programmes, online courses and specific training aimed at new talent. This will equip employees with essential skills in artificial intelligence, data processing and the latest computer technologies.
Brian Rice, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer at McDonald's, said, "We chose Accenture, our long-standing partner, to help us make the most of our digital investments and guide us through a new phase of innovation.
