PQR, Rustmakers in IT, announces the acquisition of workstation and data center specialist Fondo. The acquisition strengthens PQR's expertise in VMware and Microsoft and supports the SpaceHub proposition through which the company unburdens its customers in their cloud journey.

SpaceHub is PQR's managed services proposition that brings organizations to the cloud and relieves customers on an as-a-Service basis. Workplace management is one of SpaceHub's pillars, for which this acquisition strengthens the available knowledge.
The acquisition of Fondo follows shortly after the news that PQR acquired infrastructure specialist Axez and itself became part of Bechtle AG. The company is expanding its service portfolio through further acquisitions to offer customers a single point of contact for delivery, implementation and management of modern workstations, hybrid cloud environments, networking and security.
