Amsterdam - Visma | YouServe has appointed Sharon Parinussa (36) as its new HR director effective September 1. In this role, Sharon will play a crucial role in shaping the HR strategy and further strengthening the company culture in which people can be themselves and take pride in their work. Themes such as employer branding, learning and development, sustainable employability and leadership are high on the HR agenda.

With a background in recruitment marketing and labor market communications, Sharon joined Visma | YouServe in September 2021 as manager of recruitment and employer branding. Here she was responsible for positioning the employer brand and attracting new talent. This appointment marks the next step in her professional career. Her new role focuses on addressing the challenges of a tight labor market and employee retention.
