By both broadening and centring its services, the Technical Alliance is growing. Especially in the region where the alliance is already well represented: Limburg, North Brabant and Gelderland. "The growth strategy deployed is working. The next step is to increase our market position in these regions," says managing director Paul Poels.
Broadened technical spectrum
Joining the alliance earlier were the companies Pkwadraat, Van Poels Watertechniek and Proxo Engineering. Since a few months, GSH Industrietechniek and Van Poels Waterzuivering have also come under the technical umbrella that is the Technical Alliance. Paul: "That makes the Technical Alliance active in water treatment, water engineering, construction engineering, E- and W-installations, fuel engines, plastics engineering, civil engineering and industrial engineering. Our spectrum of technical services has now broadened considerably."
Centred knowledge
Broadening the technical services provided by the recently joined companies is just one part of the growth strategy. In addition, Paul Poels has centred the commercial people of all member companies in one sales and support department. "This allows the commercial as well as technical knowledge that lies within this group to be put to stronger use. The result is that new and existing customers are better served."
Growth potential next door
This choice is already proving successful in the Limburg, North Brabant and Gelderland regions. Paul continues: "This brings us to the next step in the growth strategy: to further increase the market position in these regions." Although its growth strategy focuses on these parts of the Netherlands, Technische Alliantie is not limited to the Dutch borders. Paul laughs: "We are also active in Belgium and Germany. The best solution to technical issues for the best price - after all, that appeals to our neighbours too. So plenty of growth potential!"
