NCQIT is the farthest reaching network of change leaders focused on advancing innovation by correcting underrepresentation in computing. This community seeks the meaningful and influential participation of all women in computing at the intersection of race/ethnicity, class, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability and other historically marginalized identities - from K-12 to career.

NCWIT was founded in 2004 and has 575 members.
