Dell introduces a new monitor with a focus on interactivity and ease of use. The Dell 24 Touch USB-C Hub Monitor (P2424HT) is the world's first 23.8-inch touch monitor with Ethernet connectivity [1], so users never have to worry about unstable network connections again. This new monitor is designed to provide a tidy, interactive experience so users can be productive whether used in retail, a warehouse, at home or in the office.
Features
The monitor offers superior connectivity, interactivity and ease of use. Other features include:
Intuitive experience: Enjoy interactivity with up to 10-point touch, allowing you to easily annotate, zoom, swipe, drag, pinch and tap with ten fingers simultaneously. All while enjoying consistent, vibrant colours with 99% sRGB across a wide viewing angle thanks to IPS technology. Moreover, the ComfortView Plus feature reduces potentially harmful blue light without compromising colours.
Purposeful design: A touchscreen monitor should have an ergonomic shape. This new monitor has a stand with hinges that allow users to rotate the monitor 60 degrees for greater comfort. It also offers height adjustment and tilt and swivel options for an inclined angle so users can adjust the position of the screen to suit their task. Protective cushions on the bottom provide impact protection when the stand is fully depressed.
Simple and comprehensive connectivity: USB-C connectivity via a single cable provides up to 90W of power, while RJ45 provides stable wired Ethernet connectivity. Two USB ports have been relocated to the side of the monitor so users can quickly and easily connect accessories - these can also be covered when not in use. The monitor also includes built-in HDMI and DisplayPort.
This monitor is designed with the environment in mind: it comes in 85% PCR (Post Consumer Recyclable) plastic [2] and is ENERGY STAR, TCO Certified Edge and EPEAT Gold certified [3], reinforcing Dell's commitment to sustainability.
