What appeals to you in your current job?
At YouLynq.me I get a lot of freedom in the job and I keep learning new skills. I really get challenged at this job and no day looks the same. Moreover, the team is great, we are all in the same age group which makes bonding with each other easier.
What is the male/female ratio in your company?
Around 50/50
What do you think the tech world will look like in 10 years?
It will keep involving, but there will also be more discussion and rules around the ethical side of tech. The job market will change a lot.
What are your hobbies/interests in addition to your work in tech?
I like to keep myself fit by sporting and dancing. Moreover, I like to read books that help develop my skills or knowledge on new topics.
What else do people know you from?
We organize Masterclasses every two months about different topics around LinkedIn. Our last topic was AI in Marketing and how you can also use it to better network through LinkedIn. In addition to my work, I also do departmental leadership with the JOVD.

Don't be afraid. Look for new opportunities in your field and or company and use them.
