Companies gain instant insight into local laws, HR best practices and their own workforce data in more than 150 countries

Amsterdam - Deel, the all-in-one HR and Payroll platform for global teams, today launched Deel IQ, a work assistant powered by AI. Part IQ gives employers, from small startups to larger enterprises, easy access to trusted global HR information and insights.

Supported by OpenAI's ChatGPT-4, Part IQ is enhanced with access to Part's global knowledge base, which is powered by an in-house team of 200 local HR experts and lawyers. These resources give Part IQ the power to make any organization a global HR expert with one source for compliance information. Companies using Part IQ can get accurate information on local laws and best practices in more than 150 countries around the world. The outcome is that all of their employees are compliant, regardless of where they live.

In addition, employers can also use Part IQ to gather quick, actionable data directly from their own company data through the Part platform. For example, total workforce-related costs or the number of employees in certain skill areas. Based on such workforce data, companies can instantly generate reports to gain valuable insights about their teams, without relying on manual spreadsheet-based reporting processes.

"With Deel IQ, companies have easy access to reliable global HR information from Deel, plus insights drawn from their own workforce data," said Dennis Valkema, General Manager Benelux at Deel. "From now on, business leaders and HR teams need only ask the relevant questions and they have instant insight into the information they need to make informed hiring decisions. Deel already provides companies around the world with the tools and with them the confidence they need to develop and continue to grow in other countries," said Valkema. "Part IQ helps employers avoid further missteps when it comes to global recruitment and workforce management."

Share IQ provides visibility into contract and billing data while ensuring security through multiple layers of protection. Access to both the AI and database is restricted to Partial Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) environment, so data is not shared publicly. Part IQ is protected by access control that ensures that only users with appropriate permissions can access the data.

Part IQ is currently available in beta for Part customers.
