Security-awareness specialist SoSafe has launched Sofie, an AI-powered solution for rapid employee awareness of cyber threats. Sofie enables security experts to easily share personalised security alerts with all employees, engaging directly with employees to promote ongoing awareness and proactive behaviour.

Sofie enables organisations to communicate one-to-one with employees to ensure rapid response to threats and instant alerts. Security alerts and notifications are streamlined, saving teams valuable time compared to conventional methods such as intranets, emails and mass channels. Security alerts are bite-sized and engaging, while their impact can be easily verified by verifying employee outreach and engagement. With Sofie's AI-supported Alert Generator, security experts have every opportunity to quickly create alerts and manage the final messaging and wording.

By integrating into MS Teams, Sofie provides security professionals with an additional channel to strengthen security awareness - bringing cybersecurity where employees are and seamlessly integrating employees' daily routines with robust and efficient security awareness. This multi-channel strategy ensures timely and consistent delivery of alerts, improving retention rates and reducing the risk of security breaches.

Pierre Noel, Group CSO at Le Collectionist, consultant and board member at several governments and Fortune 100 companies, said, "Organisations around the world are exposed to cyber attacks every day, with criminals using an increasing number of different methods and channels to target employees. To increase an organisation's cyber resilience, it is crucial to refine all cyber security measures and put awareness where people are - in their daily interactions and their key communication platforms. SoSafe's rapid awareness tool enables this and strengthens organisations' defence systems by addressing risks immediately and informing and educating all stakeholders."

Dr Niklas Hellemann, psychologist and CEO at SoSafe: "In today's world of escalating security risks and increasingly professional cybercriminals combined with remote working, organisations need to react faster than ever. Traditional training models fall short of maintaining employee attention and engagement, especially when it comes to combating emerging threats that require immediate action. SoSafe's Human Risk Review 2023 shows that the biggest challenges organisations face with traditional training methods include long training sessions that eat up valuable working time, a lack of relevance and tailored content, and repetitive material that fails to engage employees."

"With the launch of Sofie, we can now offer a complete solution including micro-learning sessions, on-the-job training with phishing simulations and always-on, just-in-time learning with rapid awareness. The holistic approach of SoSafe, the first multi-channel rapid awareness solution in the security awareness market, ensures that employees of companies of all sizes receive a well-rounded and engaging learning experience."

SoSafe is currently available exclusively through an integration with MS Teams, with plans to introduce integrations with other communication platforms such as Slack as the feature matures. SoSafe's goal is to expand its reach and meet the preferences of its diverse customer base through enhanced functionality.
