SoftwareOne wins European software tender (EAP2023)

Amsterdam, 14 December 2023 - SoftwareOne, a leading global provider of software and cloud solutions, has won the European software tender EAP2023. The contract concerns the supply of standard software and related services to a large number of Dutch ministries, associated organisational units and various independent administrative bodies (ZBOs). The contract has a term of two years, with the possibility of extending it for another maximum of two years.

Apart from SoftwareOne, the EAP2023 has two more winners, namely Dustin and Protinus IT. Within the contract, mini-competitions will take place to determine who gets the contract for certain components. EAP2024 was coordinated by the Ministry of Justice and Security. The participating agencies employ a total of about 155,000 employees, spread across various locations in the Netherlands. The participants' installed base covers software from more than 100 vendors.
