TechWomen brings together emerging women leaders in science, technology, engineering and math from Africa, Central and South Asia and the Middle East with their professional counterparts in the United States for a mentorship and exchange program.

To join the organization, you need at least two years of professional experience in a STEM field with a bachelor's degree or equivalent. It operates as a mentorship and exchange program, bringing women from other countries to the U.S. to attend "project-based mentorships at leading companies" in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Techwoman was founded in 2012 and has more than 1,000 members.
