Through mentoring, education and networking, Women in America aims to give promising young women the tools and skills they might not have learned in business school or even in the workplace, to successfully meet workplace challenges. Women in America offers mentoring groups, pop-up events, an alumni association and events with networking opportunities and presentations and panels to teach members new skills.
WIA was founded in 2009.
